  3. 15 min walk. Tokugawa tombs, rows of jizo statues. Tokyo Tower backdrop for photos.

  4. 12:30 PM Lunch in Roppongi

    Many options in the area.

  5. 1:30 PM Yurikamome to Odaiba

Waterfront artificial island. Monorail ride over Rainbow Bridge has great views.

  6. Robots, AI, space, earth science. ASIMO robot show. Interactive, future-focused. Budget 2 hours.

  7. Boardwalk views of Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo skyline. Replica Statue of Liberty, Gundam statue.

  8. 5:30 PM Send Luggage to Nagoya

Ask APA front desk to arrange Yamato Transport. Have Nagoya hotel name/address ready.

  9. Near Skytree, open-air bath with Skytree views. Fitting farewell soak.

  10. 7:30 PM Farewell Tokyo Dinner

Splurge on something special — a nice sushi counter or tempura spot in Asakusa.

Tips

  • National Art Center building alone is worth the trip — even without great exhibitions
  • Don't forget to send luggage today for tomorrow's departure
  • Mikoku-yu with Skytree views is a perfect farewell to Tokyo
